1. General
These terms apply to all orders placed with Kalamaja Kaktus OÜ (registry code 11020566, hereinafter "Kalamaja Kaktus") for flowers and floral arrangements and related services. By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read and agree to these terms.
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, including the Law of Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
2. Placing an order
Kalamaja Kaktus offers online order placement (including a yearly subscription for important dates) as well as the following channels:

3. Prices
Prices for floral arrangements are shown in the online shop. For custom or event-based orders, an individual quote is provided before order confirmation.
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery fees, where applicable, are disclosed before the order is confirmed.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via our payment service provider, Montonio. Kalamaja Kaktus does not store card data on its own servers.
For yearly subscriptions, the full amount per occasion is charged automatically from the saved card 7 days before the delivery date. The customer receives a reminder 10 days in advance and may amend or cancel until then.
For larger orders, custom arrangements, or event services, Kalamaja Kaktus may require an advance payment of up to 50% of the order value.
5. Delivery
Kalamaja Kaktus delivers in Tallinn and, by arrangement, elsewhere. Delivery time and price are agreed at order placement.
- The customer must ensure the recipient is reachable at the address during the agreed window.
- If the recipient cannot be reached, we will contact them by phone; repeated failure may incur a new delivery fee.
- Customers may also collect orders in person at an agreed address and time.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under § 53(4)(4) of the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to flowers and other perishable goods, since flowers are perishable by nature and orders are often individually customised.
For yearly subscriptions, the customer may cancel or modify upcoming occasions at any time from their account; modifications made at least 24 hours before the automatic charge incur no fee.
7. Order changes and cancellation
- Orders may be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed delivery or pickup time.
- For later cancellations, the customer pays for materials already purchased and work performed, which may be up to 100% of the order value depending on the stage of preparation.
- For larger or custom orders (weddings, events), cancellation terms are agreed individually at the time of order confirmation.
8. Complaints and quality
If the delivered order does not match the agreed quality or content, please notify us immediately. Complaints must be lodged within 24 hours of delivery to info@kalamajakaktus.ee, including a description and photos where possible.
If a quality issue is confirmed, Kalamaja Kaktus will offer one of the following remedies:
- Replacement with an equivalent order.
- Partial or full refund of the order value, in proportion to the issue.
9. Liability
Kalamaja Kaktus is not liable for delays or non-fulfilment caused by force majeure (natural disasters, supplier delays, unexpected transport or weather conditions, etc.). In such cases a new delivery time will be agreed or the prepayment refunded.
Kalamaja Kaktus's liability is limited to the value of the specific order.
10. Personal data
Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Dispute resolution
Kalamaja Kaktus and the customer aim to resolve any disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee or to a court. Estonian law applies.
12. Changes to these terms
Kalamaja Kaktus reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the most recent update. Orders are governed by the terms in force at the time of order placement.
